Project description

In connection with the amendments to the provisions on fire protection of residential buildings, the Investor approached us with the task of designing a fire protection tank. with very specific technical requirements. The tanks were located in the basement of a multi-family residential building, consisting of eleven floors.

The need to separate the space for the project resulted in the transformation of the tenant houses located in the basement into a technical room for the installation of fire protection systems. The aim of the project was to improve safety and compensate for existing non-compliance in fire protection to the extent that it complies with the requirements of current regulations.
The project was extremely difficult and required a lot of knowledge and commitment.
